Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wear products such as bras, panties, shapewear, body tape, silicone bras, nipple covers, and other personal-use accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed after our team reviews and approves the return request. Once approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with:

Your order number
Clear photos or video of the product
Packaging photos, if required

Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Panties and briefs
Bras and lingerie
Shapewear and body shapers
Body tape and nipple covers
Silicone bras and strapless bras
Accessories used directly on the body
Sale or discounted items

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
